Well, kinda. They’re trying to make it illegal for people to ride bikes without brakes. I have no problem with this, putting a front break on a fixie doesn’t change your bike at all and might actually come in handy every once in a while. I understand most people can do just fine without it, but for every 3 that can there’s some asshole who is in way over his head.
